Created Issue: Multi-channel not working [1543]

I am using the MP4 profile and setting the audio to do multi-channel versus the stereo default. I am not getting any conversions with multi-channel. I know the source is multi-channel because I used a different conversion tool and it converts the multi-channel correctly.

Any ideas on how to correct?
