Closed Unassigned: Roku 3 Can't play 1080p [1858]

For over a year now I've used MCEBuddy to process recorded over the air TV and make it available to Plex as MKV h264 files that I view on Roku 3 devices. I've always resized my video to 720p even if the source was 1080i. This all works perfectly and I've been very happy with the results.

The problem comes in when I try to leave the video at 1080 (after deinterlacing, of course). Roku 3 cannot directly play the resulting MKV or MP4 files. It just hangs before displaying any video. I can download other people's 1080p content and play it directly without any problems, and I have compared MediaInfo results from mine and theirs and can't determine any significant differences.

I've tried both the MKV (high) and MP4 (high) profiles and both do the same thing on Roku.

Below is the MediaInfo for a short clip that exhibits this bad behavior. I would be glad to upload a clip if you would like to examine it. Any help would be much appreciated.
