Commented Unassigned: Conversion hangs - intermittent [1854]

I installed the latest MCEB beta on a new PC a week or two ago. Worked pretty well for a while, but the last couple of days, some files are getting stuck in the conversion process. Rebooting did not fix the problem. One of these files converted successfully on a second attempt, while another failed twice but succeeded on the third try. Here's a couple of logs:

Couple of points:
1. Your system is Windows 8.0 (not 8.1), this is the product version reported by Windows in your log 6.2.9200.0
2. You're right, I didn't play close enough attention, you don't have QuickSync/Intel and you're not using hardware encoding.

Please upload hte original WTV file so I can replicate tthe issue and see how to fix it.
