I am converting .wtv files to .mp4 High Quality files using version 2.3.15. When I convert recording from HD channels the conversions look great. When I convert from SD channels, the video flashes off and on throughout the recording (the original .wtv recording look fine). I recently upgraded to version 2.3.15 and also replaced my computer with a faster one to take advantage of GPU processing. Any ideas how I can resolve this?
