Commented Unassigned: Closed Captions are removed from the WTV file when converted to MP4 [1834]

__I'm running MCEBuddy 2.3.15 Beta.__

_I've tried all the logical settings (see attached for current settings for profile) and the closed captions just are not present in the new mp4 file._

I've tried with a variety of video files--closed captions never appear. Closed caption is not in the file details and it doesn't show up in the various video viewers (Media Center, etc.)--original WTV file had in file details and Media Center.

On the other hand, if I use the Extract closed captions under Subtitles on Conversion Task, the SRT file apparently grabs all the dialog and time stamps it just fine.

I'm using a new HP box, preloaded with Windows 8 (upgraded to Windows 8.1 with Media Center), HP - Pavilion Slimline S5-1554 Desktop - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive.

__I suspect I've got some file stuck? Or some not obvious conflict in my settings?__

FYI, the beta solved my problem with the service not being available and so far does an excellent job removing commercials on every file except one with Comskip.

The three steps I noted earlier did work, if I use the free MoboPlayer Android app on my Kindle Fire HD. I copied the entire folder onto the Kindle including the srt file. It certainly wasn't obvious to me that if the srt tracks are embedded that I also need to keep the srt file? Note that any time you transfer video files onto a Kindle, there's a warning that says they may not play...

Thanks again for your support on this. Trial and error only get you so far. I didn't find a lot of useful information available on the web on this issue either.
