I'm currently running through all of my old conversions(in .mp4, using the fast profile) to comskip them with settings I am comfortable with using. I added my entire TV folder with separate episodes and the sub directory option checked. 3 conversions at a time.
Pretty sure it's actually working. Temp files are getting created in the proper folders and log files without errors are increasing in size.
But I'm getting a weird GUI error I haven't seen before. It's giving the error message that the mcebuddy service is stopped but it is in fact running according to task manager. The GUI is also blinking rapidly. The buttons will go from gray to colored, and the bottom of the window will extend down like it is increasing the area for the 3 conversion progress bars, and then back up with the blinking. It also happens when a single conversion is running. I had to stop service and change value in conf file as everything is unresponsive in this state.
I tried to run a camstudio capture of it to post up but for whatever reason camstudio won't install on my windows 8 machine.

Normal, and it does the same blinking with just one conversion set to run at a time. The screen just doesn't extend downwards.
i5-2500k and 16gb ram. Should be enough.
