I went though it, you log file is incomplete - it stop about 70% into the file and then nothing.
Importantly you're on a VERY old version of MCEBuddy 2.3.11 - probably 500+ bug fixes, features and enhancements since. Please update to the latest version and if you're still facing the issue upload hte log and we'll fix it. (we don't support old versions)
