Commented Issue: Unicode Redux [1821]

Sorry, I'm having the issue with encoding failure with files with unicode file names again using the 2/18 build. Please view the enclosed Logs for details.

Okay done, with the next build MCEBuddy will take care of Unicode filenames by copy the file and renaming with an ASCII name temporarily and restore it back at the end.
