Edited Issue: Start and Stop feature not working [1826]

I have been trying to get start and stop to work M-F stopping at 7:00 pm and starting again at 10:00 pm. WMC is particularly busy at those times and even though the PC disk is 7200 rpm it still very active, I have moved apps around to reduce the load but it is almost impossible and occasionally the disk latency seems to cause a video to break up, pixelation or freeze momentarily.

The PC hardware is a Intel Core 2 Duo 9650 (four cores), 3.0 GHz with 8 GB of RAM. There is a NVIDIA 9800 GT graphics card but I don't think anything can really use the CUDA cores. For that matter, I am not sure the 9800 GT can support DXVA 2.0 like some of the other cards.

For software, I am running Window 7, 64-bit, Service Pack 1 on a wired Ethernet connection, Applications software is Windows Media Center for recording, HDHomerun for digital antenana,. MCEBuddy,and Plex Media Server. MCEBuddy is version 2.3.15 with Plex Server 0.9.9.308. With MCEBuddy paused while Plex is running and WMC is recording, I do not get the pixelation errors or momentary video freezes. If all three processes are running the CPUs max out and I do get freezes. Therefore, that is my reasoning to pause MCEBuddy for peak run time.

When I set the value for M-F recording, stopping between the hours of 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, I get a pop-up warning "Stop time is after Start time assuming next day." I have included a screen capture and I have checked the profile and it is OK but conditions for stopping and starting are erratic. Profile, config, screen captures, and logs are in attached zip files.

Yesterday, I manually stopped MCEBuddy and started it again. When I checked MCEBuddy status this evening, it was paused. This is Saturday and it should be running. Some of the log entries are snips I have collected over the last few days (mainly to determine if I have lost my mind). You will see where it is not starting and stopping correctly. I see instances where the process starts over and I see the locked file issues I have been following and well as MCEBuddy resuming at midnight(?)

What am I doing wrong? This must be O.E. Thanks in advance for you understanding and help. I think MCEBuddy is great and support the software with each release.
