Okay I've fixed this in the next build, however note that while Unicode filenames will work, many underlying programs such as handbrake etc do not support unicode filenames. While handbrake may not convert, it will fall back to ffmpeg to do the conversion however note that hardware encoding is only supported via handbrake for now. So if you want ot use hardware encoding it may be a good idea to rename the files into non unicode characters to use hardware encoding
