I am trying to gain a better understanding of how the various Advanced Settings options in the GUI interact with the options specified in the encoding profiles.
For example, I prefer Handbrake encodes and like to use custom profile settings to force constant quality, constant framerate, decomb, no NR, DPL2 mixdown for audio, etc. I'm not really sure, though, what happens when I select various related options in the GUI.
Can you comment on when and how MCEBuddy overrides the options specified in the profile? Is it sufficient to just use the GUI to get the results I want (as opposed to hand-tweaking the profiles)?
