Created Unassigned: HTTP or FTP Server offline ?? [1811]

I've just donated and receieved my login details but the FTP and HTTP server appears to be off line

I'm attempting to connect from home to

* About to connect() to earlyaccess.mcebuddy2x.com port 21 (#0)
* Trying 76.122.79.221... Timed out
* couldn't connect to host
* Closing connection #0

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host

And I've tried the Gene6 FTP server Website Test page and get same

Is the site still online ???
