Commented Unassigned: TempWorkingPath is being overwritten [1807]

I tried to change the value of the TempWorkingPath parameter, but every time I do so it gets overwritten when the application starts again.
What am I doing wrong?

And why would you do that hen everything can be accesse through the GUI?
Even if you are have you read the instructions carefully? Are stopping the engine before changin and the. Pressing start afterwards?
