Commented Unassigned: TempWorkingPath is being overwritten [1807]

I tried to change the value of the TempWorkingPath parameter, but every time I do so it gets overwritten when the application starts again.
What am I doing wrong?

Where is the log file?

what version are you using, the latest 2.3.15 is working fine.
Are you changing the parameter manually by editing the file?
