definitely wierd, from you log I can see it's downloading it from tv.com but Im' not able to make more headway.
Can you cut about 20 mb of the original wtv file using the file splitter on the mcebuddy server and then upload the FIRST 20mb chunk to the mcebuddy server. ONLY the FIRST 20MB chunk is required
