Commented Feature: Convert to h.264/WTV [1429]

Cable TV records in MPEG2/WTV. For archive, it would be preferable to store in h.264/WTV.Can MCEBuddy be updated to rencode the MPEG2 into h.264 within the WTV container?

this will only work on 2.3.14 or later

use your standard handbrake based mp4 profile with qsv_h264 quicksync encoder. To the end of the profile, add this to it:
```
handbrake-remuxto=.wtv
```

This will convert the .mp4 created by handbrake (using your quicksync encoder) to wtv.
