I am using Tivo Desktop to download .Tivo files from my new Tivo Roamio DVR. I select them for convertion and have added my MAK key from the tivo. The result I get is:

Bummer - still doesn't work for me. Error in log says "tivo desktop not installed" even though it is installed in the standard directory. Log file attached.
Note this is attempting to process a .tivo file that was transferred via TS format and was originally broadcast in h.264 format.
