Commented Unassigned: .Tivo Files, How do I convert Them? [1731]

I am using Tivo Desktop to download .Tivo files from my new Tivo Roamio DVR. I select them for convertion and have added my MAK key from the tivo. The result I get is:

What is wrong? How do I convert .Tivo files?
