Commented Unassigned: Commercials Not Being Removed [1654]

For some reason MCEbuddy is not removing commercials from my video files. I am on version 2.3.12 and have tried comskip and showanalyzer. Mcebuddy analyzes the files, generates a .edl file that shows the commercials with a 0 for cutting, but during the conversion nothing is actually ever removed. The option to disable cutting is not checked either. Any ideas? I even ran showanalyzer and comskip independent of mcebuddy and it detects the commercials and creates the edl file, mcebuddy just does not seem to be doing anything with it. i attached the log of a show for an example

Thanks a lot for your help, option 2 worked fine for now. I will look at moving to the paid version though as an increase in speed would be nice.
