I am trying to process UK broadcasted films recorded in WMCentre, and ideally would just like to remove/trim out the adverts and leave the video files in their original WTV format (Which also avoids lengthy video conversion).
I am having the same re-remuxing issue across a range of several different movies I have tried to process.
MY PC is a very recent i-7 Haswell build, with 250GB SSD, 8GB RAM, so I think it's unlikely to be a hardware issue.
Please can you advise how I can troubleshoot this issue.
See the attached for an example log of one of the various films I have been trying to process.
Thanks.

Yes, you are correct I did cancel the process, but only after it had attempted to re-reMux (due to audio error) multiple times (approximately 4-5 times), as it seemed to be stuck. I have now left it running for longer approx 25 minutes, and MCE Buddy was able to complete the processing of the (SuperMan) video file. I have also noticed that now the process has completed successfully once, it no longer has this re-reMuxing issue, and completes the process on the first attempt, much more quickly - Thank you.
I have now run into a new problem however.
I am unable to playback any video files that MCE buddy outputs in Windows Media Centre, due to Codec unrecognised/not working Codecs. This seems quite strange as all of the input source video’s I have tested are able to play just fine, only the output video files have the problem.
Please can you advise if you can help to determine the source of the problem - I have attached two log files, if that helps. Also happy to upload the source video file, and output video file – Though could you explain how to do this, as I don’t know where to upload it?
Please note I have tried several things to troubleshoot this, so far without success:
-Run the video process (Unsuccessful) with the following programs installed: MCE Buddy x64, FFDShow x64
-Uninstalling all codec packs from my PC & MCE Buddy x64
-Re-install MCE Buddy x64 only
-Run video process (Unsuccessful)
-Install FFDShow x64
-Run video process again (Unsuccessful)
-Unistall both MCE Buddy x64 & FFDShow x64
-Install MCE Buddy x32
-Run video process (Unsuccessful)
-Install FFDShow x32
-Run video process again (Unsuccessful)
-Uninstalling all FFDShow x32 + MCE Buddy x32
-Re-install MCE Buddy x64 and FFDShow x64 from MCE Buddy installation prompt menus
-Run video process again - Unsuccessful again!
[*N.b. I have rebooted my PC between each of the above steps]
