New Post: Live TV commerical Skipping with MCEBuddy 2.X

mpking, don't get your panties in a bunch I was making a joke.  If you sit back & think about it, the idea of skipping commercials watching live tv is, ya know, FUNNY. Have a laugh & don't take life so seriously. Certainly don't take offense & I apologize if you did.

In terms of the processing while recording that does sound neat if it works since the scans take time & processing power. If so it'd be cool if MCEBuddy could support it & skip those passes later.  I do know during tuning & with command-line options you can tell it to create files so maybe it just does that as it's being recorded.

Btw the comskip site refers to "Comskip Early Access" as a bonus service of getting early versions & I found nothing about the live tv or as-recorded options mentioned although I did find references on other places but very vague.  Maybe you can link some info that'd be helpful to developing like references on how it works etc.
