Commented Unassigned: not getting series and Episode information [1564]

Hi, just started using MCEbuddy. and having an issue with the conversion.. The conversion is not getting the series or Episode information.. Though am getting description of show, and channel it was on.. Have tired a number of shows with the same outcome.. Have included a log file of one of the conversions
