Regarding the AVI Profile issue:
In the process of duplicating the problem so I could upload complete logs to the mcebuddy server, I think I know what setting was causing the issue.
If I enable pre/post trimming on the video in advanced settings, the final output becomes corrupted. If I disable it, It appears to work fine. I'm uploading the original video with all the logs and config files that show this problem. Though admittedly, its pretty low priority if all that has to be done to resolve it is not trim the video. I was initially doing this because it seemed to help a bit with audio sync and corrupted video problems.
I however cannot convert ANY video using the TS profile with commercial cutting enabled, it just crashes the MCEBuddyService and once it comes back up, it starts all over again infinitely. The logs and files with the "guyswithkids" suffix I uploaded show this problem.
Regarding the Audio Track problem:
I am ending up with a final output video with a garbage audio track. I haven't tested this with all profiles, just the ones I generally use (AVI NoRecode, TS NoRecode). The "Guys with Kids" video is a perfect example of this problem. I'll upload that to the server also. The wrong audio track issue seems to start with the remuxsupp app since playing the temporary .ts file generated by the application plays the wrong audio track by default.
As I said before, this seems to be a track ordering problem.
(I'm uploading as I'm writing this so the videos won't likely be available on the server for a few hours.)
