New Post: 2.3.13 BETA

Using today's build of the 2.3.13 BETA, 0502213, I upgraded a previously working system. Everything looks fine but MCEBuddy sits idle forever, it doesn't seem to pick up the recordings waiting for conversion. I used the 'Clear History' button and the 'Rescan'. Nothing in the logs or Event Viewer.

Any suggestions as to how to diagnose or resolve?
