Commented Issue: No files added to Queue [1545]

I am using the latest version of the code and recently no files are being added to the queue. I have no time periods set and even if I attempt to add files manually they do not show up in the queue.

The service is showing started and I have attempted to stop and restart...no luck.

No filters. The only item I have set is to wait 24 hours. However even if I add manually it is not adding. The strange thing is between when I posted this and my responding it converted one show recorded yesterday. I tried again to manually add a show recorded on 4/28 and it is not adding to the GUI queue.

I will try rebooting my computer tonight to see if that corrects the issue.
