Since updating to the current release (12), I've been finding .xml files in the save directory, named identically to the output videos while using ShowAnalyzer. Though these .xml files are easy enough to delete manually and are not cause for alarm, I'm assuming the developers may want to investigate and address this prior to the next release. Thanks in advance!

Okay I see what's going on, in 2.3.12 some users have configured various apps (comskip shownalyzer etc) to generate XML files which they want to save. so MCEBuddy if it detects a XML file it copies it over to the output.
The funny thing is in my test machine (default config) showanalyzer does't create a XML, but for some reason in your installation it does. Anyways, the simple way to resolve this is is to open the showAnalyzer config interface and disable XML generation.
Problem solved.
